who we are

PAWS is a no-kill animal rescue and spay/neuter group dedicated to saving the lives of companion animals through spaying and neutering, pet fostering and adoption, and educational efforts. PAWS seeks a time when there are no homeless animals, when every companion animal can be guaranteed a loving home.

How we save lives:

* Broad program for facilitating the spaying and neutering of owned and unowned animals.

* Foster-home-based program for rescue and adoption of stray, abused, abandoned and otherwise unwanted animals.

* Collaboration with other humane organizations.

* Program for raising awareness of the plight of homeless animals and ways in which individuals can reduce overpopulation.

PAWS is an all-volunteer, 501(c)3 organization established in 1979 serving the southcentral Pennsylvania area.
