Please call PAWS at (717) 957-8122, box #3 to request a voucher. Upon receipt you may schedule an appointment with one of our participating veterinarians. TNR program for feral cats PAWS operates a spay/neuter clinic for feral cats to humanely reduce the number of unowned, freeroaming cats in our region. This is for stray and feral cats only. No pet cats are accepted. Cats are spayed/neutered, treated for fleas and ticks, wormed, treated for ear mites, tested for FeLV/FIV and vaccinated for rabies and distemper.
