Raise Your Paws Masquerade Ball

Planning for the Raise Your Paws Halloween Masquerade Ball is moving along like a haunted freight train and we need your help.
 
Saturday, October 30, 6pm - 11pm
Holiday Inn                                                                                                                                                              Grantville, PA
 
Costumes optional - but what better way then to have some fun, dress as a ghost or a scary monster or a pretty fairy.  Use your imagination and have a blast.  And remember, costume prizes are awarded!

Sponsorships-
Looking for a way to help PAWS and gain publicity for your business?  Become a sponsor for the 4th Annual Raise Your Paws Halloween Masquerade Ball. We have sponsorships available from $125 on up.  You'll receive recognition in the event program on our website and a warm fuzzy feeling knowing you helped homeless pets. For more information contact Ahn at ball@pawsofpa.org.  
 
Not sure if you can attend the event but still want to help? We are currently soliciting program advertisements, sponsorships and merchandise donations. If you can help with any of these items, e-mail ball@pawsofpa.org.  
 
Auction/Raffle -
We are looking for donated items to complete raffle baskets or individual merchandise for the live auction or Chinese auction.  Items we could use:  anything dog or cat, dining gift certificates, gasoline gift cards, local flavor ( Lebanon bologna, Barnstormer tickets, etc), golf outings, jewelry, knick knacks, autographed books, etc.  contact ball@pawsofpa.org.  
 
Decorations -
We're asking for donations of pumpkins, gourds and potted mums to use as decorations.  We're looking for easy and simple decorations to makeover the ballroom into a spooktacular Halloween setting!
Please let me know if you are interested in donating any decorations.  Oh - feel free to carve or decorate any donated pumpkins!!  Contact kcsmith@pawsofpa.org.  
 
Need a ticket? 
Have you got your ticket for the Ball?  If not, let us know so we can mail them to your home address or reserve tickets at the door.  Ticket price is $50 per person or join together and get a table of eight for $375.

You get a gourmet buffet dinner, dancing with our DJ spinning ghoulish tunes throughout the evening, and of course, the coveted Costume Contest Awards!  We'll all be vying to see who uses their imagination and creativity for the best costume.
