A momma cat had kittens under my porch! What do I do?
Dear Friend,

I'm writing to you today because I need your help. Alley Cat Ally

Spring has arrived and with it kitten season - a time when we receive many calls and emails - just like the one above - from kind-hearted people needing advice on what to do. PLEASE consider making an emergency donation - any amount will help - to help save more animals lives and prevent the births of more through PAWS aggressive Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) and Spay/Neuter Programs.

This spring countless litters will be born outdoors but only 3% of them are spayed or neutered.

Each year, thousands of people reach out to PAWS seeking advice as well as spay/neuter appointments. In fact, PAWS received over 3,000 spay/neuter calls for help in 2008 and facilitated almost 6,000 spay/neuter surgeries! People contact PAWS because we have been helping people for 30 years - helping them improve the lives of animals in their community and protecting future suffering of kittens and cats through spay/neuter. PAWS is poised to help even more this spring.

But I need your support now. Please make an emergency spring donation today to help PAWS educate new caregivers and spay/neuter more cats this season.

Your donation will be an investment in the long-term health of our community's cats. But without the funding and support of committed donors like you, we simply won't have the means to continue helping people and animals.

So please, make your emergency spring donation today. Together, we are forging a brighter better and more humane tomorrow for our four-footed friends and our communities too.

Kathy C. Smith, President
PAWS
